http://www.peakperformancegolfswing.com/weight-distribution/ In this tip I talk about the weight distribution throughout your whole golf swing. This is important because it teaches you the correct balance point of your weight at set up, at the top of the backswing, impact and in your follow through.

  • Like Rock Balboa said!! You got me interested!! This is one of the best golf instruction videos I have seen. I watched you fellow country man Shawn Clemens and you and he is thinking a little different about the golfswing?? But this video made me very interested. Could I send you a couple of questions on a private message?? Thanks for the hard work you are putting in to all of yore videos. Kent from Swefen

  • Hi Paul, my main problem is my hips tend to come forward towards the ball, which seems to be destroying my spine angle throughout the swing. Any good tips or drills for keeping you spine angle correct throughout the complete swing? Thanks Tom

  • Paul, from the top of BS as the first move if we touch the legs together which rotates the hips, wouldn't this create a shoulder spin out, causing the player to come over the top ? Just turning the left or right hip to my left never worked for me consistently. Faldo's pull the left leg back worked for a while and went stale, Touching the legs together activates the entire hip region as a whole which has to be a better move. I'll report my feedback. Thank you for your help.

  • The legs touching is an excellent forward swing tip, I think David Ledbetter used something similar in his book "Faults & Fixes" where he used the analogy of wearing symbals on the inside of knees and crash them on the FS. I like Paul's tip much better because it's more direct and simple (I get confused thinking about musical instruments which I don't use). Touch the insides of both legs together creates a unified feel for the entire hip area which can rotate at speed. I can relate to that.

  • Best explanation of weight distribution I've seen.

  • Great stuff!!

  • nice tip man, great job
