These officers should be tazed 20 times each there is no need for their abuse. This guy didn't do anything and it is far from teasing. It is mental and physical abuse. What if this tazer kills this student. They are dangerous and should be outlawed.

This is where armed citizens can effect change. These officers needed to be confronted by 9-10 armed citizens that are prepared to kill them, when they pull this shit. Law enforcement is out of control in this country. This kind of thing is all over ytube from all over the country. If the crowd attacked the officers, disarmed them and executed them on the spot I would applaud their actions. Our Founding Fathers wouldn't tolerate the police/thugs we have today.
