You can just put the foil on the back of the ipod touch. To find out where to place the foil you can just look for "where is the battery in the ipod touch" here in YouTube. This is the same with iPhone.

The name of AkkuFresh come from the Hungarian akkumulátor = battery and the English fresh word.
