Power Juice Feast and Cleanse Day #22 - Green Pina Colada Recipe

Aloha Sangha!

Some days you need to let your taste buds know that you love them. How do you do this you might be asking yourself?

Well you can do it one of two ways, first give someone a big wet kiss or the second option... you make the recipe Brother Echo is about to impart on you "THE GREEN PINA COLADA"!

The Green Pina Colada is unapologetic for all it's fruit sugar content, it's not here to brag or boast about it's nutritional value but it's here to set your tongue off on a wild roller coaster ride of ecstasy!

YES I said ecstasy and that's exactly what you're in for when you put this amazing juice together. I decided to put in just enough green (spinach) so you don't feel too guilty about going ape with the sugary fruit. So all you fruity naysayers you can go ahead and zip it because this juice is 100% fun with zero regret... we're taking it to the taste buds full force and they're going to thank you for it!

Here is the recipe!

"GREEN PINA COLADA"

1 bunch of spinach (or more)
1 pineapple
1 coconut
3 limes
1 lemon
1 T HealthForce Vitamineral Green

Directions: Peel the pineapple with sharp knife, cut into spears, juice your greens followed by pineapple then citrus. After the produce is juiced then take fresh young coconut pierce top and pour the fresh coconut water into mason jar. Once fresh coconut water is in jar mix the green pineapple juice with coconut water, add 1 Tablespoon of HealthForce VitaMineral Green... seal the jar then SHAKE... SHAKE... SHAKE and drink! Best if served over ice.
(Serves 1-2 people)
