Sex, Sleaze, Selling New & Used Cars

In the US, individuals with "juice", political power, and important friends may feel the rules don't apply to them. Any business practice, the sexual demeaning of women, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, hiring thugs to beat others up, and even kill citizens who rat out operators of bad businesses is not that uncommon anywhere in America.
