my bichon use to be hyper and bark a lot but it maybe have been because he is fixed

for a bichon dats a weak bark or mine just has a real scary bark then lol cause my dog has da scary growl and everything then goes to lick the person he barked at lmao

my bichon, everytime we get in the car he barks tto the music and trys to sing but he sounds like hes getting murdered. do bichons hate music or try to sing or talk???
