Ralph Hermann Horn Concerto Mvt. 3 Jennifer Bliman

MM horn recital at USC in December 2007. While studying with Jim Thatcher and Kristy Morrell. I randomly came across this piece at USC's horn library and decided that it was pretty interesting. The performance of this could definitely have been better, but it gives an idea for the piece.
Also, this recital was done at the church on campus, which caused some major reverb...thus the reason for the sustaining sound. This is played on a horn made by Jim Patterson.

Well, I'm not exactly Filipino...One of the orchestras I play in happens to be a Filipino orchestra. I play there because they needed some French horns. I love them there though! And the food is great!

@whatever7x7 No this is bona fide Horn sound and well recorded, the horn has a spectrum of brilliant, here, and muffled sounds, all too often heard. This is glorious, very well played, thanks.

herman also wrote a trumpet concerto which no one has even heard of including my future trumpet professor

Big Hollywood 8D sound, perhaps w/ a shallow cup mpc. Nice powerful sound.
