the colourful palette had mostly matte with slight shimmer. the neutral palettes had pretty shimmery colours

Hi sarah, very lovely tutorials and yor very talented. I have like very hooded eyes so can you please do a eye makeup tutorial that looks good with hooded eyes please... ^_^, I would love to wear sooo many looks but it just doesnt look good on me cuz Im cursed with these eyes lolllzz, Keep up the great job hun. xoxoxox
