TimberTech XLM Desert Bronze Deck and Concrete Patio in West Des Moines

This outdoor living space project will serve this West Des Moines family well as it includes a large deck and patio spaces to incorporate areas for dining, a hot tub, a firepit and a children's play area.

The deck is multi-leveled with the upper-level serving as the dining/seating and (future) hot tub area (we structured the area for the hot tub, though). The lower-level features a grilling area and wide-open access to the patio and yard (and a clear view from inside as well). Thats TimberTech's XLM PVC-based low-maintenance decking in the rich Desert Bronze color. TimberTech's white Radiance Rail around the upper-level, really sets this deck off and blends nicely with the white house color; Post Ring lights from TT's DeckLite system were incorporated into each rail post and Riser lights were also appropriately located along the stairs and level change area.

The patio is standard concrete and was designed to segment a play/dance area for the children from a firepit area. Firepit opening allows future addition of a stone-based firepit.
