  • @vw1951 no its against your 6th amendment your suppost to be alloud a fair and speedy trial and have misrepresentation is considered unfair so there for its unjust like i said be 4 to the other guys his attorny did not get no witneses ot anything he pretty much pleaded guilty

  • @vw1951 he was innocent you prick he got exannerated after serving 10 years honestly if that was me id sue the shit out of the state if i was proven guilty when im really innocent it was injust watch the documentry called "marios story" its on netflix his attorny did nothing in his defense his attorny pretty much pleaded guilty... so lets see if you was at the wrong place at the wrong time would you want to get wrongly acused of something that will put you behind bars for the rest of life?

  • @vw1951 is this a joke? or do you really feel that way?

  • WOW. How many shitty junior attorneys are out there that made mistakes while defending their clients? Dozens if not hundreds. You get a crappy attorney, you get crappy representation, bottom line. Are you saying that all criminals should get a second chance like Mario? I didn't think so. Your argument has no foundation.

  • @vw1951 You sir, are an idiot. It is everyone's problem that our system is so messed up. I guess if you were wrongfully convicted you would have no problem with someone saying, "Oh well, not my problem, let him rot." If human decency isn't a good enough reason for you, your tax dollars supporting an innocent man while they could be used for real criminals, should be a good enough one.

  • Attorney did a bad job defending him? Isn't that his problem and not the public? As they say... Oh Well!
