In this video I share with you a few simple strategies that can really help clear our irritation in the respiratory system. These are quick and common sense strategies that have been shown time and time again to offer relief.

Step one, here's what you'll need:

Eucalyptus Oil
-helps loosen phlegm, is an expectorant
-anti-viral
-anti-bacterial
-helps to enhance breathing

Tea Tree Oil
-anti-viral
-anti bacterial
-analgesic (pain killing)

Raw Onion
-helps loosen phlegm, is an expectorant
-anti-inflammatory
-anti-viral
-anti-bacterial

Steaming Water

A towel

Step two, here's what you'll need:

Neti pot
-helps to flush and clean out
-moistens nasal cavities

  • Chlorine is added to tap water to kill biological toxins.

    It is also a toxic gas that irritates the respiratory system. And I don't know what other damages that can cause.

    I make sure not to inhale chlorine gas.

  • @mitsukalle yeah, obviously you would want to use fresh spring water or the next best thing you can get.

  • Brandon, could you make a vid about how to obtain the maximum benefits from a fever? You know, a lot of people consider it as a sickness that must be cured as fast as possible or camouflaged, but as the reality is that it has a very powerful healing effect, it would be interesting to know how to obtain the most out of it.

  • @rkowwe14 rest and meditation would probably be a great place to start.

  • I tried this "recipe" last Saturday. Now it's Monday and I still have a cold. However it does give relieve. But it didnot "knock out" the cold.
