Master Chief, Arbiter and Johnson make their way towards the Control Room in order to activate the ring using the Index from Alpha Halo. However, Gravemind sends Flood Combat Forms (and later Pure Forms), carried by Flood Dispersal Pods, to try to stop them.

i hope the arbiter and the elites are in halo 4 i heard a rumor that the arbiter is the first one to come try and save you but he dies trying and his elites get lost and in one of the missions you have to save them
