@schaapsploeg Unless you were in the studio when the piano part was recorded, you have no idea what the notes are. This is my interpretation, and I say it is correct, just as I stand by all of my tutorials. If you don’t like F-F#, then play it your way. Simple. And no need to “wonder” what the rest of the song is like.. just let it play and listen, then repeat the process with other videos. See the You Tube “Help” section for more information on how to do that.

Stumbled upon your tutorial while listening to Beatles on Youtube. Great visuals, clear instructions, very motivating. Been using simple tabs on sheet music for 30 years. Now I want to get back to my keyboard.

I'm having problems with the sound on pianojohn113's tutorials. I hear a low-volume sound like a tape being fast forwarded, but no music. The sound is fine on other users videos. I hope it's temporary. Anyone else having this problem?

@aeynub This was recorded on the old mono videotape, before You Tube went stereo. You might try putting your computer's main speaker volume tab in the middle or all the way over to the other side. That often clears up the problem.

hey john, how do you learn these tunes yourself? do get the sheet music or do you pick them out by ear? i think your tutorials are just brilliant, thanx for your time and effort, very much appreciated.
