Thanks but I'm not a dude. After spending my whole life being the "big girl" never having nice clothes and having people tell me "what a shame, you have such a pretty face" and other condescending things like that nothing tastes as good as thinner feels. I stil indulge plenty though but only on things I truly like. Chocolate isn't one of those things. Steak and lobster with creme brulee for dessert is!

@szqsk8 Oh dude, I agree with everything else you said and congrats to you mate for the healthy lifestyle, but that second last sentence reads an awful lot like "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels".

@Julbeaners If only the media works that way. Its called subliminal messaging. Nigella is a very attractive woman and she has a lot of power in the media. Its almost impossible to ignore her advertising completely, and of course unhealthy decadent foods are more delicious then unhealthy ones. She has a large role in the food industry and if she were to implement healthy eating habits it would be great role modelling

Because she probably doesn't eat like this all the time. She just makes it seem that way. She also lives a very busy lifestyle so she's always on the go. She's not just eating rich food all the time and sitting on her bum all day.
