  • I kept trying to move my limbs and wake up but I couldnt. I eventually woke up in a sweat. I was worried that the stress from this would bring on what I call an "episode" which I describe as extreme pain in my upper neck, lower back and legs.. Just wondering if you had an insight on my weird sleep experience.

  • Great videos.. I was brought to your videos in search of a way to help ease my neuropathy pain, specifically in my feet and lower calf areas. I'm seeing two neurologist in search of some answers. I have chronic fatigue and wide spread muscle pain. To make it worse, I never get quality sleep (i use ambien regularly). Anyways... I had a scary experience a few nights ago. I fell asleep but I could see and hear everything around me. I kept telling myself to wake up but I couldnt.. Scary!
