    WHAT?! Dude you need to give it try. It is one of my favorite foods with many things to do with the leftovers if there is any.

    I have of recently seen others ways besides this one but for my entire life never knew there was another way. I friend of mine in a forum does them on the grill. I may be experimenting from here on out to try some of these other ways.

    One thing I did not mention was sometimes I use a tiny bit of molasses in the glaze and typically make it on the sweet side. Brown sugar is another great substitute for honey.

  • I am making one this evening for the family good Idea with the glaze at the end I make a few a year even smoked a few But I have never boiled one I do steam it in about an inch or two of water I'm gonna try this way in a few hours Thanks -Jason
