  • @braunbaer86 ....I watch your video for 2 years now but I seem to have missed out your fifa gameplay...Just your recent channel update made me search for it

  • Wow, this is a very interesting video. Since my first Fifa game was '98 and beeing a football fan even longer, I never have thought about these things you are mentioning, like what all these shooting techniques are and so on. Good job explaining your problems and nice to hear, that you liked it anyways. I would have the same problems with american football since I don't know the rules either. ...

  • lol @ an icon showing 'possession change'.. i never had a problem with 'not realising I have the ball', it's kinda obvious..

  • Try out fifa street when it comes out, because its exactly what you are looking for... a fun, arcade sports game that you can just jump in and have fun

  • ...people just picking it up must feel,it must be the same feeling i get like i said with fighting games,i love them but get destroyed as i dont know all the counters, combos ect,end of the day though its just a matter of sticking with it and slowly getting better at the game, even if it takes a couple of years to get the full feel for the game.I think the best time to start on fifa is when the come out with a complete new engine so everyone is relatively new to the game.

  • Fifa is like the fighting genre in a way that theres so much to it tactically its hard for newcomers coming in to be even average at it.Im lucky i have been playing fifa since 95 on the mega drive, obviously its changed alot since then but i have bought and played each title since then including the Euro,World cup and champions league versions.Im no way an amazing player but i dont find it hard at all and know all the different passes, crosses, shots, formations, tactics ect. I can understand how ...

  • You're right, I've tried to hard to play FIFA but suck at it. I get owned constantly online, annoying thing is I play it in real life.

  • First of, im really glad you have had fun with this game! Props to you Phil for investing such much time on a sports game based solely on fan request..

The gameplay, as you point out is quite complex and hard to figure out if you haven't been playing fifa 11 and 10.

Fifa 10 is equivalent to street fighter 2, in such a way that it it revolutionized the genre. Fifa 11 and 12 are better iterations of THAT game, like Street fighter 2 turbo and such is to the original game

  • i have been playing fifa since 96 and you are totally right.

  • @CMPunkMassaroSVR Wait, I thought you were just another idiot who thinks everything in Wrestling is planned out and fake, from plotlines to moves in matches. Sorry, my mistake.
