Kusal, do you think the stretches for tennis elbow could be detrimental given the compressive component of tendinopathies as decribed in Vogels' model?

@boxhed05 Excellent question. Stretching cannot be used as the sole technique to help tennis elbow issues. If stretching helps alleviate the problem then we continue. If there is no change or it gets worse then the client/athlete is better suited to a different form of management.
