@SmoshFan8123 its not a balk if its consistent. he does it every time, so its not a balk.

I love how he extends the right leg to stop the forward motion and transfer that energy to the upper body, allowing him to maximize force on the ball.
-
@SmoshFan8123 I am just curious is this considered a balk because of his long stretch ? or what?

Great Explosion! However, his mechanics are slightly troubling. His elbows get too high in his arm action, creating a slight inverted w. This would normally be a big problem because of the extra rotation on the shoulder, but since his stride is so long, it gives his arm time to catch up to his body, eliminating most of the timing problem. If he stays in the bullpen he will be fine. If he becomes a starter he will have to fix this.

@SmoshFan8123 It is not a balk. I am assuming you are talking about the fact that his back foot is not touching the rubber when he releases the ball. There is no Major League rule involving the placement of the feet upon release, just at the beginning of the motion.

他的姿勢會怪就是怪在於他的軸心腳在自由腳跨出之後還有一個墊步

Did you know that everyone single time he pitches, he balks?

@SmoshFan8123 You're 100% correct. HOWEVER, if mlb enforces that, then Tim Licecum and about 20 other pitches will go down with him, and I don't think mlb is willing to risk that right now.
