In response to the quality comments below, I have just watched this video and, while the sound and video is not perfect, it's far from unwatchable. The slides are viewable (in the HD version at least), and though the audio has a bit of echo, it's much better than many other videos I've seen. Once in a while there is background noise, but it's certainly not "constant". This is on par with many other talks given in front of an audience.

I really wanted to watch this, as the subject is interesting, but the sound is terrible! He should have had a lapel mic. Instead, it seems this was filmed on someone's camcorder, and there is constant banging and coughing that is louder than the speaker.
