I have nothing but respect and admiration for our troops, The Air Force and anyone in the military. They risk their lives everyday. I just don't agree with Bush and his lack of respect for our troops, sending them to places they are not needed. We should not be trying to solve some Civil War in The Middle East. Let them solve their own problems. I am not some liberal idiot extremist. I just think we don't need to waste money and resources on air shows. Peace. Out. Late.

Great video! Took a last minute trip to SF during Columbus Day Wknd '97 w/ my mom of all people & knew nada about Fleet Week! Coming back from Muir Woods & stopped in traffic on GG Bridge, the next thing I knew we had fighter jets coming right at us! Blue Angels of course! Never experienced anything like it! Had seen both Blue Angels & Thunderbirds @ bases previously but to see it over the bridge, the neighborhoods and SF Bay~ Simply NOTHING else like it! Been back twice since! Can't get enough!

Glad you checked in to watch my video.
It is a classic from 2007.
The show is virtually the same whatever year.
Last 2 years I got to the marina green and the show was scrubbed because of fog.
That means this year I was there ready to add another fantastic video, and they flew by,
and then circled a few times and then did their salute pass and flew back to san francisco airport.

The blue angels opted out for saturday due to low clouds/fog.
I was just finding a spot to video and the show was called.
Anyway next year.

Awesome video. I'm going for my first time tomorrow. Is the Marina Green the best place to watch? I need to make a fleet week playlist so I could listen to it during the show. Or do they already have music?

There is music but I don't know where.
There are 2 possible spots where the music and show will be narrated.
The Events Coordinator will narrate all Blue Angels flight demonstrations either at Crissy Field(most likely spot, and another spot could be the St. Francis Yacht club along the marina green. Good luck and upload your video stuff.
