No it probably happens because these cheap little 2 channel helicopters are pieces of crap.
They offer two choices of trim control. Spin fast to the left, or spin slow. The servos act unresponsive to the control sticks. It's as if someone made a free-flight helicopter but stuck a phony transmitter in the package, for their own amusement.
But now, I'm going to search these posts for a video on how easy it is to fly one. The guy who called you a dork. Then, bum tard's. Yes they'll have it.

its probably hapenning because of the lost feedback of the stablizer bar that acts as a gyro so unstable!!! so daam fix it~~

this guy is really amature!! Its probably happening as the flybar is missing the main rotor feedback which acts as a stablizing gyroscope. just fix in and it will fly well for sure!!!

dick head read the instructions. learn to fly and dont bad mouth a good product. these helies are very good if you have a brain cell or a slight understanding of models. many people have learned the beginnings of flying true rc helicopters from first owning one of these.
If you think the helicopter you have is faulty take it back to the model shop you bought it from and tell them. this will mean next time you wont look a prat on youtube....
