we won't be able to know exactly which skaters the article was referencing. Hell, even Jaylee's owner, Reggie, concedes the skaters pleaded guilty (although he tries to downplay it by saying they paid $25 fines at the window). If I still spoke to Jaylee, I'd ask the trolling freak to state which charges were thrown out and provide me a link that proves his claims.

We know they pleaded no contest to their charges and had to pay fines and perform community service.
