Employeer doesn't have the right to fire you for posting stuff on the internet unless it's slandering the company, bad mouthing employees and so on anyuthing about employees/the company/there methods in workplace, then yes you can be fired for that and you'll lose that lawsuit. Other then that, they aren't allowed unless evidence they provide is quite bad.

@TheFashiongirl05 Agreed, social and professional life are never the same. If a teacher does that and it isn't a rule in that school that bo social networking is allowed that teacher needs to be reported. And for companies, they need to reported as well, or sued.
