lol im from australia and all those slang words are nothing new or individual to america :P we use them all the time. maybe its just the americanisation of australia because we get alot of your movies and shows etc. curious to hear what you guys think aussies sound like and say?

I am British studying in seattle and swear to God..there everything is "LEGIT"..."omg thats so legit".."did you know sarah bombed her history test..OMG.thats so legit"....HAHAHa...anyways..nice impression..you're pretty as well. :D

As a Californian as well, I agree with your choice of words. I am guessing, however, that I am well over 20 years older than you... so I'm surprised. I would've have thought the slang would've have changed more than that over a couple of decades. I think our use of such words probably reflects not just our geographic regional, but also our socio-economic class. Interesting. Thanks for sharing.
