Hey, very interesting. The idea of aesthetics as a control factor leading to a sense of personal security. Considering that the feeling of safety and control is extremely important to one's well being, it follows that art assembled to induce such a feeling could be considered as art of high value. Control the external as a an adjunct to controlling the internal.
