The Depression Project aims to challenge society's view on what it means to have a mental health problem, and to show that in fact, no-one is "normal".

lately ive had a loss of interest in everything i once enjoyed....sports, talking shit on callof duty, photography.......but im not necessarily sad, probably due to prozac....any tips?
@dana52484 what helps for me, I seek the help from a close frined and tell them how I really feel, and they are supper really supportive, but I have a hard time expressing my feelings to people and I deal with it on my own but then I open up again (a never ending cycle). There should be free or sliding scale services which they offer support groups who are willing to talk. There should be local non-proftits, try calling a free help line the one in seattle is called help link
Where can I get help with my depression? I've called around for councelling but its so freaking expensive (average about 150 bucks per session) who can afford that? Not me, at least not consistently. Any pointers?
Inspiring talk at the York CAMHS event today Grace. Well done and thanks for the top tips.

Thank you for this. It's nice to see people who could understand exactly how you felt or feel. Thank you.

Every body gets depressed but if it's been longer than two weeks and you're still depressed that's a sign you may have depression and need help.

What is the most aggravating about having depression is that everyone else thinks you're just being "emo".
