WI: 213.2 CLC loss: 0.8 pounds. I did great this week for food. Went out one day for sushi but still stayed in my calories. New activity: Biggest Loser Cardio.
What will I do to achieve my goal this week? Do sculpting 2 days and cardio 2 days; stay in my calorie range 1200-1300; find out how many calories I should have when I exercise; Clean house to burn about 500 calories this week; Look for another new activity where I can meet new people (I might not find one this week but I will keep looking).

I hope you understand the benefits of lean muscles you gain exercising. One day they will pay the effort. That day will be the one you will not have time to exercise but to take a walk. Then they will burn cals just because you will move them. 0.8 / week is an awesome healthy loss. I appreciate you for not underestimating your loss.
