CLC #3 Week2

WI: 213.2 CLC loss: 0.8 pounds. I did great this week for food. Went out one day for sushi but still stayed in my calories. New activity: Biggest Loser Cardio. What will I do to achieve my go...

I hope you understand the benefits of lean muscles you gain exercising. One day they will pay the effort. That day will be the one you will not have time to exercise but to take a walk. Then they will burn cals just because you will move them.
0.8 / week is an awesome healthy loss.
I appreciate you for not underestimating your loss. I honestly believe that those skinny people who come and say they've lost 10lbs/week are unrealistic weirdos.
