Hey man, I just wanted to say that I love your reviews. I was playing around with the idea of getting a 'Paul, but I can't really justify spending that much. After seeing your review of this, I might end up with an Agile instead!

Isn't the weight of the guitar bothersome? I hear they weigh a little over 10 pounds.

Sure they weigh in at about 10lbs. like a good heavy LP, but the sound of this style guitar is what you're going for when you strap one on. Thanks for watching.

We're always learning. By the time we got to Episode 34 we started using a tube amp on clean. We were still using a solid state amp with chorus when we made this one. To answer your question on AL3000 vs LP, we find that no matter who makes the guitar that all guitars play and sound a little different, so we can't make a blanket statement that Agile is better than Gibson, and conversely we can't say every Gibson is better than an Agile. Hope you get a chance to play a lot of guitars.
