On deployment to Iraq, one of our block 30 F-16c models had a generator failure. The 60 KVA (main) generator was replaced and I had to run the jet to perform ops' checks. Enjoy!!

  • So it worked or not??

  • @Battery9876 Like a champ

  • Can I make you a question? I play Falcon, (I know that it is nowhere like a real life jet) but the starter is also turned to Start 2... what is Start 1 used for?

  • @Stover36 Start 1 and 2 Simply control if you are starting off of 1 or both of the JFS accumulators to turn over the JFS...You can start off 1 but the typical start is with 2

  • wheres ur TCTOs!!!!!11 yeah. thats a write up!

  • @orodent You mean the T.O..Its in my lap sir, always using the book

  • real or simulator?

  • OPSEC?

  • a formidable aircraft....we are happy to be having them in service @ PAF

  • crew chief?

  • A friend of mine says that when the main engine is started up and driving the generator, the powerswitch will flip back from "Main Power" to "Battery". Is this true?

  • No Keys?

  • i cant understand so turning the engine on is very simple???? one-two switches are for generetors, one is for battery and then simply put jfs 2

  • @tninbredretard Fan Turbine Inlet Temp

  • @wolf1010 Is that a serious question. It's not like the flightline is a magical place where no electronics are allowed. Should you have a camera? No. But I always have my phone on me especially when i'm running up a sniper pod so I can record retards on the other side of line dancing and doing stupid shit.

  • I love the texan accent of that guy starting the f16.
