The Bridge focuses on the large number of suicides that occur each year at the Golden Gate Bridge, capturing footage of the suicides and interviewing family members. Also interviewed are people who have attempted suicide at the bridge, witnesses of the suicides, and a jump survivor.

The movie was shot with multiple cameras pointed at a notorious suicide spot on the bridge during 2004. It captured 23 people as they took their final plunge, and then offers interviews with grieving families.

Here is the article that inspired this film.

  • @SillyLitleGirl your name is rather apt, your trolling technique needs some improvement

  • A haiku for SillyLittleGirl A heartless witness

    to a moment you cannot

     possibly relate

  • @SillyLitleGirl Suck the sour cum out of a homeless mans penis, you heartless sack of monkeyshit. See you in Hell!

  • @adrionda same thing Im wondering about

  • @SillyLitleGirl the only selfish people were the ones who pushed the person to suicide

  • i feel like that too. I remember i went to poland for vacation. and i went to visit my dad's sister's husband brother and everything was fine.. i knew that i wanted to cry.. and i cried ..and cried.. i didnt know what was wrong with me..everyone was asking me why am i crying. this happens to me all the time i just want to cry.. but now i control my crying.

  • @SillyLitleGirl Like mellime said it is sad insensitive assholes like you stay healthy while others live in pain.

  • @FRiEDcameltoe From my personal experience is unknown even to yourself. Your thought process is much different than normal and your decisions are made from a place in which your not thinking straight.

  • A suicidal mind is thinking about killing themselves, I think that is evident. But what drove them to that point is the big question mark. Its really sad, hopefully they are in a better place than this hell-hole.
