Jalapeño Chocolate Chip Cheesy Corn Muffins

This is a reedit from 2008. The video had 3,500 views, but I needed to put music on it that was free from copyright concerns. At the date of the original upload, gas was nearing it's all time highest price in the USA.

This is an actual recipe. It was great. I think I needed a second Jalapeno to be honest, or at least include the seeds from the first one. To me these were very mild. The chocolate chips made these the perfect morning snack.

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup corn meal
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup of sweet corn kernels
1 scant cup of jack cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped jalapeño

One more note:
I am unabashedly against political correctness. I find the differences between the world's various cultures to be good fodder for entertainment and humor. At the same time, I am against mean spirited racial based humor. There is a line, and if you can't detect the various shades of gray, save your negative comments, I don't want to hear them.

Hmmm... I checked twice, and my eyes keep registering "Wooden Spoons" as correct.

I wish my editing software had spell check... if I want to spell check I have to import things into MS Word (or whatever program it is).

Yeah, that word wasn't quite where the typo was. I thought you were missing one letter in another word. It flashed by fast and I think I paused it. Now I am going to watch again. Typos are the best part. I've made my share, once, I entitled a video that it was a Day at Santa Antia, instead of Santa Anita.
