So now we're going to show you how to make a manga pic blink. And of course, you do the exact same thing if you wanna make an anime pic blink.

Umm you didn't have to go to another website don't you have animations on your photoshop cs3 extended,if so all you had to do was put both photos in the animation boxes,then play them,and then she would be blinking,then save in web,and devices ^^ i hope this helps you out

u dont have to go the web u can just do it on the program..just go to one of the last tabs on top i think its window and look for animation n bam1

There are blue words under the browse button that say "Click here to add more files for Animations or Collages" Click that and you'll be able to upload more than one pic.

wat if once u upload the pic that u did and it says Error: That file was too big or not uploaded correctly.
Click here for info on resizing your pictures before you upload them. wat if it says that???and wat do u mean upload two pics i only got one

Resize them. There's a limit to how large the pic can be.
