@Guiseppe107 It's just funny because you'd be hard pressed to find an American who would call our football a "snorefest", yet most of them would probably use the traditional "0-0" criticism when referring to european football. Personally, my problem is how so many European football games end in riots. I mean, there's even a Wikipedia article dedicated to "Football hooliganism." That... generally doesn't happen over here on such a regular basis.
And I wouldn't give a damn if 2 EU soccer teams came to America. 0-0? You can't hit people? People faking injuries to get a call? That doesn't sound fun to me.
Err...im from New Jersey and in 2004 watched Manchester United vs Bayern Munich in SOLD OUT Chicago which was just a Football friendly. It was so good to finally see some top Football in america.
There were over 9000 empty seats recorded at the nfl gridiron Wembley game.
Over half the tickets sold were americans in attendance, which means that there were just 30 thousand non americans who came to see nfl gridiron players in girly body armour and most of them only did out of curiousity to see what this low-profile sport is. They soon realised why only americans watch the 4 hour stop start snorefest that is gridiron. The fact cheerleaders are required sums it up.

If two European soccer teams came to America there would be close to no one in the stands.
0-0??? That sounds fun.
