@DWNmetalman777 just goes to show how a poor translation sometimes leads to very annoying conclusions that are in no way correct.

@michelrpg well, i know i'm responding to a year-old comment, but in the japanese version, it says "do battle" with him. X didn't destroy him at any canonical point in the series, but he DID just battle him.

Is that auto in 2:09?

@TheHumanXbox360 I agree with you but Mega Man X5 was still ok
-
It was a great remake, but the music from the credits sounds like some commercial song. "order now for 19.99!"
-
The PSX ending music is... interesting. It sounds like backing music to a "Welcome to" video that hotels would provide their guests in 1987.

@michelrpg Yeah, I agree. X8 would be an awesome game if it didn't had the "grind more crystals!!!" bullshit, and the "let's use a gimmick in every single level!" mentality (TWO ride-chaser levels? An auto-scrolling level? A stealth level?). Still, at least it seems they tried to do something new. I think X9 can be a great game, if it comes to exist someday. X4 is still (IMO) the best game in the X series.

Heh... I also remember how I reacted when I finished the game.
"Kill Zero?.... wait, WHAT?!"

@DiagnosedWithDeath X5 was way too easy, had the bullshit "lets collect suit parts and unless they're all collected you cant use them" crap, and all the endings were complete and total bull too. After X4 the series did went to hell, but after X8 I have some minor hope that capcom is on their way to improve the series again.

Didn't they spell check before releasing the game?

Oh man, I remember purchasing the SNES cart in 1996, then the AMAZING PC port in 1998 (still have all the boxes/booklets in mint condition), can't believe both are worth a fortune now on the open market!
