This video will show how to break in a BB motor or stock motor for the Micro-T.

NOTE: The motor and battery in the video was used to just make the video. You dont need a 9v to break in the motor. The stock battery can work, and the motor even wired up to the micro will work by giving it alittle bit of throttle.

  • u need to do this on a BB motor -.-? and u RLY HAVE to do it? like u have to or if not it will run like shit? or i can just use my car normally=?till it breaks in???

  • id say do it, since breaking in a motor will make it last longer. when you get a new motor the brushes are flat, breaking it in rounds the brushes. you can either do it like in the vid or run the motor very slow and gradually reduce the speed of it. be sure to dry the motor bearings really well than relube them.

  • are u shure just dip the whole thing in the water even the wires please respond

  • yes im sure, dip it all in. just like it was done in the video.

  • dont do that it will rust it

  • does not rust it. i have never seen rubbing alchol rust something. motor i used for this video 2 years (prob soon to 3 now) later still looks new.
