  • I really enjoyed your "little dittie" on all of those wonderful old Gibsons, the Nick Lucas did have the most "open" sustain but I enjoyed them all, nice clear high end on them all.

  • @jellyjukebox: Thanks for the kind words!

  • Thanks! I use D'Addario light gauge phosphor bronze strings.

  • Great playing! I like the Lucas the best among the selection here but suggest you sell your Gibson collection and buy more Larsons.

  • Enjoyed this. I'm the happy owner of three 1930 L-0's. Love 'em.

  • Great job with this comparison vid!

  • L-00 Kicks *ss! ;-)

  • @johnthomasguitar what gauge strings are in them guitars ? or what gauge do you think are the best . these are truly some of the best sounding Gibson's I find it hard to like the sound of most Gibson acoustics because they sound very bassy

  • seemed like you were grooving the most on the L-2...

  • Nice guitars and lovely playing. Thanks for the inspiration to find one.

  • I must agree the Lucas really sounded smoother and better than any of the Gibsons.
