**CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR SPONSERSHIP**

Have your companys name all over this drift machine. The owner is currently looking to modify this car further, making the internals stronger. If you want to be a part of "NZ's most powerful drift car" as quoted in NZ performance car racing annual 2006 then leave some details below.

A V8 twin turbo nissan silvia drifting it through a few corners at the Taupo race track on a private track day. The first car through is a nissan laurel which is currently in the D1NZ, the second is a holden ute and the third is the silvia

  • i want that car............

  • Was it hard getting the weight balance right?

  • yeah alot has changed since this car was built, popularity has gone up in the states. to anyone who doesnt know, you can buy a full vh45 swap kit from Mazworx in florida but i don't think some of the parts will fit a right hand drive car

  • @S14VH45 i hope you know by now that cp pitons make pistons for the vh45 now thats around 1200.00 also super tech makes springs. slowly but surely this will be one of the most modded engine swap soon.

  • Im all about keepin it nissan but if your in the states and wanting to go V8 go LS1. cheaper and easier to mod

  • DID I hear an RB IN THE FIRST CAR!?!?!?

  • Custom forged internals are perhaps 15% more expensive than for most engine applications. I don't count the cheap brands that don't have the engineering expertise to manufacture custom pistons/rods, however. You have a V8; your internals are gonna cost a bit. Start at about 2x what a 4G63 or EJ25 costs. That's the bottom line. I'd estimate somewhere around $2~$2.5k USD.

  • yeah man i'm only 17, no way i could afford a V8 swap either. maybe best to just stick with the stock turbo engine and test your luck, thats what im doing with my S14. check my vids

  • Ha, I wish, i'm only 16 almost 17, jzx90 drained bank as it is, not bad idea though

  • lol 1UZ swap mate, thats all you! but again, not gonna be cheap.
