An orb from the energetic realm and note how very slow and free this transition is. It doesn't help that you are facing the sun behind a building. People will scream lens flare because indeed these are the circumstances in which lens flare occurs and in fact this video is a testament to the differences between fixed spatial lens flare and energetic orb activity.
