@kb1g it's not for ham, lol it's for HF band reception.Hams are guys who are licensed to transmit over the air in allocated frequencies etc. I'm not a ham, but I own a tentec. I like ham, though

That's pretty harsch. The radio looks great - milspec. Calling it "hillbilly" because it has an Oak cabinet is pretty silly. Go out and buy your own cabinet if you don't like the oak. Sheesh.
