you guys!! don't freak. just watch the video in the top left corner lol. you fold the strip of tulle in half and stick it through the ribbon around the paper towel. then you stick the ends through the loop. done. I'm surprised nobody else figured that out faster...

I made a tutu for my dol

I want to make myself one

but I can't find any other color

tulle then white,I used a tulle like

ribbion for my doll's tutu it was a dollar each

but I would have to buy a bunch if I made it

with it,It kinda makes the tutu all over the place.
