I had my first book published by a bad publsihing company, and the secound one everyone likes and I need an agent to try to get it into a good publsihing house. Not sure where to even find an agent. I have been networking and the manuscripts just sits.

I just finished my first novel
It stinks.
It's so bad I can't send it to a publisher.
But I want to know how to travel the world talking this crock of shit I churned out. Maybe I can become famous by teaching people how to write like a complete failure and why they shouldn't do it if they want to get published.
I want to teach people how to be lousy at writing without them having to suffer the embarassment of a rejection slip.
Is this a good idea for a book? Or a talk?
