I'm 80 years old and have most of my faculties, but that idiot who is supposed to be teaching has a thing or two to learn. I cannot follow his instructions, I don't need his opinions "outrageous, ridiculous". I need to be shown the button to be pushed, and slowly explained what it does! Frustrated.....

This phone can be set to advanced settings and besides, its good for what its made for. So wtf is the point of all you saying its a granny phone if it sort of supposed to be?!

you can change the menu by going to menu and go to settings and go to phone mode and do advanced mode!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely not a bad everyday phone for the average user. You can reduce the size of the text, the clock, turn off the key beep, customize with mp3 ringtones (must be 299 kb and under, ~ 19 sec), use the calendar function, even play Pac-Man for kicks. The phone has useful features, great screen resolution, great sound quality, very decent battery life, good reception... I'm no senior and I opted for it. Works fine so far.
