A report published in The Irish Times, 30 October 2009, said that house prices were down 13.1% in the previous 12 months. Liz O'Kane is either a) naive and incompetent or b) a self serving LIAR. Ask her now how many properties the "Property Tycoon" herself bought in the last 12 months.
How she was ever let in the doors of RTE after that embarrassing interview she did with Derek Mooney earlier this year is beyond me.

Why buy? When prices are still falling. If you had bought a house when she told you to on this show you would be in negative equity now!!
