I think you're wrong. Peter Ufimtsev was indeed the author of the method of diffraction of radio waves, applied later in the American stealth aircraft. Previously (40's) the Germans experienced radio-absorbing materials. It's a little different method. Americans all, only use these developments are not inventing anything new. Once consumers. I think this kind of show is on par with the american t.v. show dogfights. I mean that it brings up feelings of contempt and superiority towards other countries. Wether its right or wrong they're still propaganda films scripted with a serious agenda.

In Russia today other concept of the military doctrine. The USSR never gave attention "stealth". It is rather pragmatic. In global war "stealth" is a Utopia. Russia is integrated today into world market system. Russian "stealth" is the goods for the world market. Rather competitive goods. Russia creates the army, capable to participate in local conflicts. Therefore a stealth time has come to Russia.
