World of Color will combine hundreds of magnificent fountains, dazzling colors and an all-new kaleidoscope of audio and visual effects to take water-infused entertainment to a new level of artistry. The production will flood the senses, taking audiences on an imaginative journey into the colorful worlds of animated Disney classics such as Alice in Wonderland, The Lion King and Pocahontas, along with Disney•Pixar films Toy Story, WALL-E and many more.

  • WET design FTW

  • Anyone who hates World of Color has no imagination or soul.

  • I saw it twice this week when I was at Disneyland! It is so amazing that you want to watch again and again.

  • Please post a longer video of the construction. It is so amazing to watch.

  • i guess you haven't ever had the fireworks cancelled on you because of "high winds"

  • There are only ten 200' nozzles (called Blow Pops, basically a SuperShooter type effect) which are arranged in a ring in the center. The nozzles closest to the audience can be lowered or even shut off in windy conditions and, depending on winds and their needs in the show, the Blow Pops' pressure could be reduced, or they could be left out entirely.

  • If the winds are too strong, then it is possible that they won't present the show on those days.

  • and im sure that the wind never blows in orange county.

  • that is unlikely. because if the water shoots up from the bay, its likely to drop back down into the bay.

  • I wonder, since the water will shoot up to 200 ft, if there are places that you could accidentally get "rained on" in the park while the show is going on//.. just a thought. Im really excited about this opening up! I'll probably wait till all the attractions are finished in 2012. I dont like going while construction is underway..
