When you guys are saying "quick, get it over with" etc., is he trying to get through the set quick as possible, or just the rep?
Just notice the sets are quite quick, not much time breathing and resting at top, is this on purpose?

Mr Pendlay, how come he fails at almost every set and keeps lifting? I thought failing was bad for you (at least Rippetoe, etc)

@philt4141 i was wondering about that too i think it's at easier/safer way to drop the bar from that position. never dropped a bar back squatting though so i can't say if that's for sure but it seems like it's be hard to coordinate the movement and save your wrists from 600lbs landing on them. i'd be curious where to get some. trying to start up oly lifting here
