Had a blast yesterday at Hollister Hills. Had my buddy Jimmy give donuts a try in the SuperCrawler. He scared the crap out of himself. This was his best one once I got him to put it in 4 High. Later he got one of the wheels off the ground but I didn't have the camera at the time. I'll favorite it when one of the spectators posts it. Oh well the rest of the trip was just a lot of the same old so I didn't even bother posting it. Mini Rubicon was nasty with muddy tires though. I think it was worse than top truck. If they want to make it tougher next year dump a ton of water at the entrance to the pile.

  • i have a buddy out here in oregon hopfully doing top truck this year and i am still trying to convince him to put a diesel in his truck

  • @punk531 It's hard not to be. Big blocks and diesel's are neck and neck on performance. There's no replacement for displacement.

    that truck is set great, but your response to the massive body roll comment was 10K lbs, when that isn't directly the cause of the body roll, or even necessarily the case anyway when a f250 has a GVWR of 8800lbs, yes i know, you've added a ton of steel, axles, and tires, but the curb weight on that vehicle before was closer to 6500lbs.

    anyway, awesome ride, I see it around a lot. one of a kind!

  • @petthekittyz ???? It only has single springs so the spring rate is set for the ride hight. This spring rate is almost too high. With a dual rate spring like the Kings I originally had on it you can adjust for both. With a single you have to chose one the other or the middle. If I would have ran any heavier of a rate it would have raised the front too much. Yes a sway bar would help but it's not like it needs street manors for any reason.

  • @houseofdiesel curb weight is much less than that, lack of sway bars and lower rate springs cause that body roll

  • @psychotikpaisano Ya a joystick next to my seat. Suspension is soft to allow flex. If I want I can up the nitro shock pressure up to 1300 PSI. I only run it at 650 PSI up front and 300 out back.
