A large fire - caused by an explosion that rocked the neighborhood has claimed the lives of some residents that live within the building.
An explosion, caused by an unknown source, went off at about 8:15 Sunday morning.
Woodstock Police, Oxford EMS and Fire crews were quickly on scene at 185 Victoria Street - as was a rescue chopper dispatched out of London.
Smoke and flames shot out of the 3 story building from a very large opening apparently caused by the explosion.

@JBhab30 ya, cbc is on my yard doing a report for the news, broke the police tape with my car pullin in my driveway. 2 dead from the fire but still dont know the cause
