Pushing her to the edge (1/5)

This is for megz0109 contest,hope you all like it.

Demi was excited to come back to school,after being sick for 2 weeks coming back to friends would be great.
But she couldnt help but being alittle worried.
Once again she had fought with her best friend selena.
It was like she didnt care anymore.
Like she didnt want her around.
She never talked to her unless she was the only one there and she never invited her anywhere.

She smiled as she walked down the hall and took a seat by miley and selena who sat in the cafeteria waiting for the bell to ring.
Hey,she said to them as they were in a deep converstation about nail polish.
Hey,they let out and continued theyr converstation.
She just sat there and listened,like usual.
Demi wasnt a very chatty person,she liked being quiet and letting others have theyr moment.
She was the kind of person who listened and read into everything a person said.
Hey Girls! Taylor said as she walked to them and took a seat by demis side.
Hey they all answered and smiled at taylor who admitially got wrapped into the dissagreament about if green or blue fitted miley´s nails better.
Demi just sat there and listened even though she had already made her oppinion.
Blue did match Miley´s eyes but it didnt really flatter her fingers though.
And green was a pretty collor but not really Mileys style.
No if she wanted to do something that would make her fingers sparkle and yet let her personalety shine through,she would have to go with purple.
Soon joe came and took a seat by the other side of demi.
Demi fellt warmth sneek up in her cheeks by joes precens,he had been her secret crush for 3 years.
He looked at her and smiled,hello beautiful,he said and glanced a smile before starting changing the girls subject so he could chatt with them.
For a while everyone was talking and laughing except demi who just stared at joe the whole time.
As the bell rang demi rushed to her class room not wanting to be to late.
But everyone else just kept on talking about how much the cafeteria food sucked.

15 minutes later Demi sat by the window in her classroom as usual,she was writing a paper about Anne Frank when suddently Selena and Joe bursted through the door out of breath.
SELENA GOMEZ,JOE JONAS the teacher yealled.
Your both 15 minutes late as usual the teacher barked and shot them a death glare.
Sorry,Selena muttered and took a seat by demis side.
Joe just nodded and took a seat in front of demi.
Demi smiled and told Selena what they were supposed to do while staring at joes neck.
Gosh selena sighed 3 minutes later.
I cant do this crap,can i copy yours? She asked with hopefull eyes.
Demi thought about it for a while,she wanted to say no.
She didnt mind selena taking creditt for her work,that she was used to.
But the thing was theyr papers would be exactly the same and they could get in trouble for that.
Demi told her that but she of corse didny take her seriusly.
Please,she pleaded,ill just change few bits and the teacher wont notice anything.
Fine,demi sighed and showed her her paper wich she was allmost done with.
Selena smiled and started copying.
Demi sighed and kept staring at joes back.

At lunch demi rushed to her friends table with her food in her hands.
There wasnt any room for her by the table and the girls didnt really bother to make room.
Few werent even eating but they decided to keep theyr seats and poor demi had to either eat standing or sit with other people.
She didnt really like taking a seat by a strangers side so she started eating her food standing.
She listened to theyr converstation and smiled,trying to butter in just to prove she was there but she wasnt really heard.
She of corse didnt mind,she was used to this.
After allmost finishing eating joe stood up from his seat and offored it to demi cause he had already finnished eating.
Thanks she said with a low cute voice and blushed before taking a seat.
While finnishing her food she just stared at joes angelic face,oh how she wished she could stop being shy and just tell him how she really fellt.
But she knew that would never happen,she would just have to wait and hope he would make the first step.
Suddently taylor started talking very loud so everyone could hear her.
